Preconstruction/Integrated Project Delivery

Our work experience includes a healthy blend of hard bid and negotiated work. Our preconstruction services provide clients with valuable information to help make more well-informed decisions. We provide budgeting and scheduling starting from a napkin sketch all the way through the development of detailed construction plans.

Our experienced staff provides continuous feedback through the design process and helps guide the client through the permitting process and long-lead material procurement to ensure milestones are met. From Office and Retail to Schools, Fire Stations, and Municipal buildings, Mark Young Construction knows how to build. We have been providing General Contracting services to the Colorado Front Range and beyond for more than 34 years. Our staff is well versed in a variety of project delivery methods and types, performing approximately $85 million in volume on an annual basis. Concrete

Mark Young Construction’s Concrete Division works on both MYC projects and with other General Contractors as a Subcontractor. Our mobile crews combine more than 30 years of experience on a variety of concrete applications and project types.

Our American Concrete Institute certified finishers provide the competency to layout, form, reinforce, and finish concrete with exceptional quality. Our slab pours routinely exceed floor levelness and flatness tolerances. With more than 30 finishers, our self-performed capabilities include:

We’ve got refrigeration down cold.

Kroger/King Soopers, Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club; these are two retail giants that have trusted Mark Young Construction to design, construct, install, and service their store and warehouse refrigeration systems. Whether it’s a single display case change-out, walk-in cooler, or an entire new store system, our understanding of refrigeration combined with construction know-how is unmatched.

All our Superintendents, Foremen, and Servicemen hold certifications in refrigerant transition and recovery. Our Refrigeration Division has the capability of completing projects both as the Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor. We are licensed in 14 states and willing to travel.
