At Mark Young Construction, our safety culture is one that integrates safety into all aspects of the project. With this philosophy, safety is never in conflict with production, schedule, or any other component of the project. Our employees receive many hours of safety training annually that includes not just the standard regulatory requirements, but also includes an understanding of the relationships between safety and the business side of our construction operations.
We believe in and train our employees to make decisions based on sound safety practices to ensure our safety culture continues to grow, evolve, and improve every day. We focus on leading indicators and metrics that focus on the prevention of injuries and add value to our daily operations.
At MYC, safety is integrated, practical and relatable to all levels of our personnel resulting in a project that supports the expectations of both the owner and MYC. Our success is directly tied to the safety of our personnel, the public, and those working around us.
