MYC is currently working on the Red Rocks Visitor Center remodel. Red Rocks is open to visitors for the concert season and we will be finishing up another phase of this project early next year.

MYC is working on the Swim and Fitness Renovation. This is a 30,000 SF split-level facility containing welcome desk, main lobby, staff workstations, racquetball courts, swimming pool, locker rooms, cardio and weight rooms, community room, full kitchen, and storage. MYC is fixing ADA compliant issues, including building a 3-stop elevator; lobby/welcome desk reconfiguration; and more.

MYC completed additions and renovations to the Charles Burrell Visual and Performing Arts Campus including Burrell K-8 and Aurora Central High School in February 2023. We are currently working on phase 2 at the same school locations. The K-8 facility work includes converting the existing stage and gymnasium into a music classroom and auditorium, reinforcing the gym floor, and converting a classroom into restrooms. The high school work includes a 5,000 SF addition for a new dance studio, scene shop to create props, and scene shop classroom; renovating the auditorium and back of house spaces to contain a new band room, vocal studio, drama classroom, changing rooms, men’s and women’s restrooms, laundry and practice rooms; and renovating a new pre-function space to contain a ticket window and remodeled restrooms.
