This 40,000 SF freezer warehouse is a design-build project between MYC and Whole Foods and will serve as the main frozen food distribution hub for the Rocky Mountain Region of Whole Foods. A dry warehouse storage is at the same facility. LEED elements were incorporated. Some special features included a focus on energy saving for the owner via an evaporative water-cooled condenser. The freezer and dock space were built out of a foam injected metal panel system. The metal span panels meet the LEED requirement of .65 initial reflectivity and initial emissivity of .90. The panels completely encapsulate to prevent off gassing. This twelve-week schedule was completed in nine and a half weeks. 

The scope of work included taking an old Denver Post building and remodeling it into a diesel exhaust fluid bulk storage area. MYC installed the fuel tank equipment. 

MYC built a new ground up 9,625 SF metal building to hold Pilot’s diesel exhaust fluid storage facility. The project included site utilities, concrete, and fuel tank equipment installation.
